Refund Policy

Because our products are instant digital downloads, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded. Due to the nature of digital goods, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges the way a physical product store would.

Damages and issues

If you experience a technical problem — the file won't open, downloads as corrupted, or you received the wrong file — please contact us immediately at hailey.studionectarine@gmail.com so we can fix it or send you a working copy.

Accidental purchases

If you purchased the wrong item or made a mistake with your order, reach out to us within 24 hours of purchase at hailey.studionectarine@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help, provided the file hasn't yet been downloaded.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital purchase without justification. However, by completing your purchase and downloading the file, you acknowledge that you are accessing digital content immediately and expressly waive your right of withdrawal once the download begins, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Non-returnable items

Because all products are digital downloads delivered instantly, we do not accept returns on any items, including sale items.

Refunds

If a refund is approved (for a technical issue or duplicate/accidental purchase, as outlined above), you'll be notified by email and refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
